In last December, the inspectors from Pakistan National Power Grid (WAPDA) and Sudan National Power Grid (NEC), during their stay in our factory, they have made a series of strict performance test(or even harsh tests) in accordance with the latest international industry standard for their machine respectively.

According to the technical specifications stipulated in Wapda’s tender book, we must fully meet their technical requirements after a certain pass of purification, such as breakdown voltage (KV) , water content (PPM) and gas content(%), otherwise, Inspection Certificate will not be issued, which will result in the problem with the payment. The test was made not only by special testing equipments (such as oil tester and water-in-oil meter) at our site, but also the result is confirmed by national authorized third party. Besides key technical parameters, they also check the relevant performance of the main components of the machine until they are fully satisfied with the results. After a few days comprehensive tests, they finally issued the certificate they once have done for European suppliers. Hopefully, the Wapda man promised us that they will replace Japanese KATO and other famous international brands with the products of our Fengyu Electric, and no such harsh inspection anymore next time.

Similar tests have also been made by the Project Manager of Sudan NEC; they ordered two sets of our DZL-100A (advanced type) and a few sets of testing equipments, their machine was already shipped.
