| How to deal with turbine oil effectively? |

1. The bottom of oil tank should be taper, which can drain the water at the bottom before treatment after subsiding or entering of rain from outside
2. In order to keep the efficiency of vacuum pump, you should drain the water at the bottom of vacuum pump and add some new vacuum pump oil
3. When the oil purifier is not in operation, you should drained out the emulsified vacuum pump oil completely, and wash the vacuum pump with clean vacuum pump oil for 2-3 times, then add the new vacuum pump oil in it.
4. You can wash filter element by back-washing; there will be no any trouble with dismantling and changing filter element.
5. Opening the drainage valve before filtration to drain the water at the bottom and emulsified oil with large amount of water and then opening the oil outlet valve to filter the oil. |
