l Evaporation and Dehydration Technology
² First horizontal vacuum dehydration (degassing) tank is adopted by Fengyu Company in China, which improves the evaporation area at least 3 times larger than that of standing type so that it can reach optimal effect of dehydration and degassing.
² We adopt advanced misted spray device in dehydration and degassing system, which increase oil surface area in the vacuum system and enough evaporation time of water and gas, so it can remove the water and gas completely.
² The filtering device made of wave glass fibre is installed in vacuum dehydration (degassing) tank, which increase the pollutant receiving capacity and evaporation area. Meanwhile, the spray pipe increase the degassing area, which can make the water and gas evaporate at a fastest speed.
l Filtration Technology
² The filtering material is made of specially designed glass fiber. The diameter is different in size, which can filter impurities in different size through different filtering layer, and improve the receiving pollutant capacity and filtration precision greatly.
² Perfect filter element and stable filtration precision ranging from 1 to 10 um, back-washing receiving pollutant device is installed. We’ve adopted the filter element gas back-washing technology from VOKES Company in Britain and improve it, which can improve the effect of back washing and absorb back-washing pollutant, and improve the life span of filter element for times to reach 8 to 10 years.
² We’ve adopted special device from international filter company, which make the installing and dismantling convenient and fast.
l Heating Technology
² Unique design for heater can make the oil heating even, and there is no “dead oil area” to result in part overheating. The heat load of heating surface is low than 1.0 W/square centimeter; which will never result in oil decomposing and aging due to overheating
² Oil temperature is adjustable from 0-100 degree centigrade. The heater can be manually operated and automatically operated. When oil temperature reach set temperature, the heater stop heating automatically.
² The heating system equipped with safe protection device is safe and reliable. When the amount of oil in is too little, the heater stop heating automatically, which can avoid the damage of heater due to heating without oil.
l Liquid Level Controlling Technology
² The oil level floating ball or light and electricity liquid controlling system is installed in vacuum tank, which can avoid oil spray.
² We’ve adopted and improve vacuum tank anti-spray technology from France, which can avoid oil spray happening in other demotic products very often.
l Electrical chain protecting technology.
² Electrical components are mainly from Siemens, which can make controlling system safe and reliable.
² With the phase protection for electrical equipment, which can avoid vacuum pump counter-rotate that can get the vacuum pump oil containing water to get into vacuum pump due to wrong wire connection. It is equipped with various protecting function (such as anti-oil spray, overload and over pressure).
² The machine is equipped with many functions, such as oil lack check, over heating protection, automatic oil pumping, automatic controlling system for filter pressure and electrical magnetism valve for oil in and out, which can make automatically operation without anyone on the worksite.
l Cooling Technology
² Our factory has got unique cool and heat exchange device by wind, which can reduce the heat load of vacuum pump greatly, and improve the using effect of vacuum pump.
² The cool and heat exchange device by water is also available, it can also improve the using effect of vacuum pump.
l Connecting Technology for equipment pipe.
² The oil pipe is connected by flange firmly, which can guarantee equipment no oil leakage and wear well.
² Most part of pipes in vacuum system are connected by flange firmly, part of pipe is connected by wave pipe, which can guarantee no air leakage.
² Hose for oil in and out is connected by easy tap, which can make it convenient and prompt for dismantling and installation.
l Noise Reducing Technology
